i was invited to this year's Singapore Writers Festival. i was thrilled at the thought that National Arts Council considered my writing good enough, that they considered me an author. writing and publishing a book has always been a dream of mine. in fact, i had a draft ready since one year back. i still remember turning down a publisher (last year) because they wanted me to be more "commercial" if i wanted them to publish my book. i didn't think that that was what i wanted.

i am grateful to i-weekly for giving me the opportunity to have my very own column.  i-weekly gave me a platform to share my thoughts with everyone. they gave me the freedom to write on any topic that crossed my mind. and because my works got published in a little column of mine, a publisher approached me.. finally.. my book will be out next year..3 years of preparation and waiting.. all in good time i suppose.

i have my quirks in writing, i don't know if i should call it "style"?
teachers, concerned parents of fans, have asked if i should capitalize my letters as required.. if i should have my punctuations as expected.. but i guess just like thought patterns.. some things just remain kind of a personal expression.

one other piece of news..
i will be designing a Precious Moments figurine and proceeds will go to charity. this is a project i'm extremely excited about. i have been a collector for years and this opportunity to work with the Precious Moments team is nothing short of amazing. i've submitted my design and i'm definitely looking forward to the launch of the figurine..

不知不觉 又到了年尾
其实都一直忙着
今年所拍的4部戏《断掌的女人》《千金》《995》《跳浪》都只在明年播出
《明星志工队》也是明年播
所以虽忙 但在本地播出的作品却是零
只好让大家等到明年啦

things have been great since i came back from filming in China and KL.

work has been lined up for me, and i will have 3 productions back to back all the way till april next year.

the first good news i received since i came back was that my blog was voted as the best celeb blog once again. i just want to thank all of you for supporting me here, for liking my posts, and most importantly, for giving me this award every year. winning 4 years consecutively is an amazing feat and it would never have happened if not for you guys.

感情上的问题
零零碎碎的事件
不管是怎样的事
总会雨过天晴
对吧？


坦白说
有时我会很困惑
我是否该多说一些话 多做一些事
但往往 我不会 不懂 不想
因为 那不是我
那样 太累了
我喜欢看书 写写 画画
听起来很闷 很无趣
但 我就是喜欢沉浸在这样的世界里

呈现真我 自己是自由的
征服困难 更是幸福


所有关注我爱护我的朋友
我很好 很愉快 很幸福
很多美好事情即将来临
